Shipments WITHIN CANADA
When shipping motor components within Canada, there are two options open to you:
You can have us ship the parts to you prepaid by using the carrier of your choice
(generally, a company already under contract with you).
or
We can send shipments collect, using either Dicom or Purolator. You will benefit from
the reduced rates we enjoy with these respective companies due to our high volume
of business. The shipping costs will be added to your final invoice.
INTERNATIONAL Shipments(shipping your core)
In order to avoid extra duty charge, it is essential that, upon sending us your old core, you will indicate clearly
"To be repaired and return back to the shipper"
and please fill out these following documents which will be include with the package
Important:
Please indicate
correctly your declared value in the appropriate space means this amount should not exceed 10$ considering this part is defect and should be repaired to run. This amount will be consider to calculate duty charge.
On your waybill of the carrier of your choice,
please indicate clearly your broker company otherwise please contact us and we will let you know how to proceed.
