RECONDITIONED Parts:
The deposit on the core is wholly refundable under the following conditions:

It must be returned to us within 30 days of the billing date, otherwise we reserve the    right to reduce your refund by 25%.

The old core must be the same model of the one that was shipped. If you return a    different model core than the one we shipped, we reserve the right to reduce your    refund by the difference in market value of the two models regardless of their    respective listing price.

No missing parts.

The core must be in perfect condition for rebuilding. This means there can be no    cracks or welds anywhere, or any other signs of damage.

Important
You must fill a Claim form whenever you return an old core.
