CVTech-AAB inc for cylinder and crankshaft rebuilding and replating in Quebec, Canada

Warranty POLICY Standard reconditioned parts are warranty for a period of 1 year (in the case of crankshafts) and lifetime (for cylinders), from the invoice date. This warranty applies only to standard reconditioned parts purchased from CVTech-AAB inc, installed by a dealer and found defective due to a manufacturing oversight or defect. CVTech-AAB inc, is only required to replace the defective reconditioned part(s). The consumer must provide a proof of purchase on demand. CVTech-AAB inc reserves the right to reject unjustified claims. The terms of our Warranty ARE NUL AND VOID in the following cases:
Modified or oversized engines Competition vehicles Performance vehicles Turbo crankshafts All other non-standard parts Our Warranty DOES NOT COVER: Labour costs (installation) All other related parts Travelling costs, hotel, telephone bills, towing, etc... Lost revenue or damage to other parts caused by the breakdown of the defective part(s) All other damage beyond our control Parts that are damaged or altered during installation are not covered by our warranty. CVTech-AAB inc shall not be held responsible for damage, loss of revenue or replacement of merchandise. In addition, CVTech-AAB inc shall not be held responsible for the guarantee promised by a party who installed a part that was reconditioned by CVTech-AAB inc, nor for the way in which that part in used.
Recommendations: Our reconditioned parts should be carefully installed by a licensed mechanic following our guidelines. As with new vehicles, we recommend breaking in your new parts by gradually increasing your speed. All the other parts and accessories of your engine should be checked, cleaned and, if necessary, replaced, at the same time as installation.
