A DAZZLING GROWTH.
From the small business founded in 1966 by Mr. Adrien Bernard in Thetford Mines, Quebec, this family business which was known as ATELIER ADRIEN BERNARD Inc and now doing business under the name of CVTech-AAB inc has experienced a dazzling growth for more than 40 years. Well-known for rebuilding 2 and 4-stroke motors, the business has built over the years a distribution network mainly from East to West Canada.

MAJOR INVESTMENTS
In 1991, the 4 sons of Adrien Bernard acquire the business and become co-owners of Atelier Adrien Bernard inc with a team of 16 employees at that time. To face the unceasing growth, the business is brought to make 2 major investments. One of these comes in 1995 for a relocation of the plant, and the other in 1996 in research and development to install a line for cylinder replating with the unique process called NIKA-TECH.

HONOURS BUILD UP
In 1998, the business is honoured by National Bank and receives the Gold Laureates for Chaudiere-Appalaches Region. This very same year, it is awarded the Blizz'Or by the Quebec Snowmobile Federation as manufacturing business of the year.

A STRONG REPUTATION
In 2006, Groupe CVTech, a stock market society which is located in Drummondville is interested and acquires the company which will now bear the name of CVTech-AAB inc and becomes one of their 4 divisions. CVTech manufactures clutches of CVT type (continuous variable transmission) for recreational and utility vehicles. Today this new company has a staff of 45 employees and offers complete service of rebuilding gazoline and diesel motors as well as the distribution of related parts all over Canada, United States and north of Europe.
